1. Purpose of the App

Offrez is a platform that helps students find off-campus accommodation. We are not a real estate agency and do not own or manage the properties listed.

2. Your Responsibilities

When using Offrez, you agree to:

•Provide accurate information when creating an account.
•Use the platform for lawful and respectful purposes only.
•Not attempt to hack, abuse, or misuse the system.
•Communicate professionally with landlords and other users.

3. Listings and Accuracy

Property details, prices, and availability are provided by landlords.

Offrez cannot guarantee that all listings are always accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

You are responsible for verifying details before making any commitments.

4. Payments

At this stage, Offrez does not process accommodation payments, it only takes admin/brokerage fee for connecting students and landlords.

Any agreements or payments between you and a landlord are your responsibility.

5. Safety

We encourage users to:

•Meet landlords in safe public places.
•View accommodation physically before making payments.
•Report suspicious activity immediately.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

•Violate our Terms
•Engage in fraud or harmful behaviour
•Abuse other users

7. Liability

Offrez provides a connection platform only.

We are not responsible for:

•Disputes between tenants and landlords
•Losses arising from payments made outside the app
•Misrepresentation by third parties

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
