How to make a Reservation
Here is how you can effectively make a reservation for your desired home.
- Search or Broswe for your prefared home on the Listings page
- Select a Home and check out the home specifications to see if they suit your needs
- Like what you see? Go ahead and enter you check-in and check-out dates together with the number of people you want to reserve for.
- To successfully reserve a home a USD 10 reservation fee is required.
- After you are done, the landlord or the OffRez Support team will contact you within 24hrs.

Questions
Yes, you can make your payments using mobile money transfers (EcoCash, TeleCash or OneMoney) or any Zimbabwean or international bank transfers supported by PayNow. Please note, that these usually apply only to the reservation fee. Payment currency and methods for the accommodation fee is solely determined by the Homeowner/landlord.
Absolutely, You can do this by specifying the number of guest during registration. Kindly note, that a homeowner can specify the maximum number of guest for his/her property.
In order to secure your desired home, a reservation fee is required.
Kindly note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. However, we can help allocate an alternative room or house.
Booking feedback comes within 24 hours .If it takes longer that this, kindly get in touch with us via the website’s support form platform or via email.
We guarantee you 100% that you will get a room after you pay the booking fee. The house owner or caretaker of the house you booked will be notified beforehand. So we kindly request you to use accurate information when dealing with us. You can always feel free to come to our Chinhoyi office or email us for any further inquiries.
